5. Professional Services

Custom development, consulting, and other professional services are governed by separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreements. These terms supplement but do not replace SOW terms.

Unless otherwise specified, all content on this website (design, text, graphics, logos) is owned by NinjaMinds and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
